Throwing Courses

Throwing courses for intermediate-level potters. Four days of intensive potting for those who can already throw and are ready to take it to the next level.

The course will focus on throwing cylinders and bowls, as well as turning, handles, and pouring lips covered. The size will be set to each individual's ability.

Later in the course, thrown and altered forms will be explored; baking dishes and always a favourite, butter dishes.

Set in well-equipped, working pottery in the beautiful Brecon Beacons.
